Villa Marina Nova is located between the towns of Alcúdia and Pollensa on the eastern side of Mallorca. You are close to both Alcúdia Bay and Badia de Pollenca, two prominent beach areas on the island. A ferry leaves for Barcelona from the Alcúdia jetty. Spend your time hiking, beach hopping, or sailing the Mediterranean. Of course, this means, you have to spend time away from this wonderful villa, which is a challenge because it is such an excellent place for a relaxing, laid-back vacation. Many guests love to simply spend their entire holiday within this property.

The villa has just two bedrooms for two couples or a small group of friends/family. It is just the right size for an intimate group that wants to holiday in privacy. Bedroom #1 has two single beds and two large windows offering nature views. Bedroom #2 has a large double bed that can sleep one extra guest if required.
They are bright, airy, and spacious. Both of them are on the first floor of the house. There are two bathrooms, both with showers. But they are not ensuite.

Rarely will you find a 2-bedroom villa in such a large estate. An expansive garden surrounds the house that seems to stretch up to the Serra De Tramuntana Mountain. The outdoor space features cozy seating areas, a manicured lawn, a balcony, and a vine-wrapped terrace where you can have your morning breakfast or evening drink. There is a second terrace with a wood-burning oven.
Guests like to gather around the private swimming pool, either swimming in the cool water to beat the midday heat or relaxing on a poolside lounger under the shade of an umbrella. You can, of course, also lay down on the lawn and read a book if you want.
Throughout the house, guests will enjoy a casual and light atmosphere. Large windows bring in the fresh Mediterranean breeze and sunlight. You are spoilt for choices in the spacious living room. Cuddle up beside the fireplace and catch up with your group. Watch a movie or your favorite sports team on the huge television. There’s even a small library.
The countryside theme extends from the living room to the dining area. All of you can dine together here at the farm-style table. The rustic-style kitchen is fitted with modern conveniences like a dishwasher, gas hob, coffee maker, toaster, and an electric oven.
Villa Marina Nova is a self-service rental property but it has everything for a luxury vacation. You will find a safety box, iron, ironing board, a washing machine, a television, a baby cot, and a baby high chair for your convenience. You will find the property to be sparkling clean when you arrive as the housekeeping staff always cleans it thoroughly during checkout. Everything is included except the cost of tourist tax.
The villa is located between the pretty towns of Alcúdia and Pollensa in eastern Mallorca. Pollensa is just 3 kilometers away. It’s a wonderful neighborhood because you are close to several beaches and coves. Several cafes, restaurants, and shops are close! You can also hike up the Serra De Tramuntana Mountain for a fabulous panoramic view.
