Villa Aguilas

The villa has 5 bedrooms for 10 guests spread over two floors. There are a total of 4 bathrooms. The ground floor has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a whirlpool bath. It is the master suite in the house with a television. The room opens to a private balcony with a seating area, so you can enjoy the views with privacy. Guests staying in the second bedroom have a large double bed and can access a bathroom in the common areas.

On the upper floor, all the three bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Two rooms have single beds and one has a king bed. On this level, you will find a small balcony and a huge sun terrace that overlooks the garden, pool area, and the countryside beyond the villa. All five bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, safes, and windows offering views.

Villa Aguilas is built over a huge 10,000 square meter plot with its outdoor space occupying a large area. Just outside the house, you will find a 15m x 9m private swimming pool. Roman steps will help you gently slide into its inviting water. There is a huge sun deck on the poolside with many loungers and an outdoor dining table. Beyond this, you will find a fabulous lawn and garden with many native plants of Mallorca. Both the pool and terrace offer panoramic views of the surrounding hills and valleys.

A pool house on one side has an outdoor dining table, a brick BBQ, and a summer kitchen with a refrigerator. There is a ping pong table where you can enjoy a fun gaming session. Besides this, you will also find an outdoor shower.

An arched wooden door will take you inside the house. The ground floor has all the common areas, which include the living room, the dining room, and a kitchen. The inviting living room has a large-screen television, fireplace, and a deep-cushioned leather sofa. Spend quality time with the family, planning what to see and do on your Mallorca holiday. The dining area is in the next room. It features a long table with 10 chairs. Several photos and an antique clock decorate the walls.

Villa Aguilas has a well-equipped kitchen as well with a microwave, toaster, ceramic cooktop, gas cooktop, electric oven, kettle, refrigerator, coffee machine, and dishwasher.

Aguilas is a self-service rental home in Mallorca where you will find everything in top condition. The kitchen, BBQ, fireplace, and swimming pool are all ready for use. The bathrooms have hair dryers. You will also find a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. Feel free to use the air-conditioning or heating depending on the season. Young children will love the ping pong table and the toys.
