There are 4 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. They are evenly spread over this two-storied rental home. The first bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. A staircase leads down from here to the utility room. The second bedroom has twin beds. They both have ensuite bathrooms with showers, washbasins, and bidets. Additionally, there is a Jacuzzi bath in the second room.

The upper floor has two more rooms. The third bedroom has a double bed and provides exclusive access to a wide terrace. It also features a built-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has twins. Guests staying here can access the bathroom on this level of the house. Young children can stay in this room. All four bedrooms in this villa come with heating and cooling depending on the season.

This luxury house in Mallorca has a spacious lawn at its front with a small fish pond and Mediterranean garden. You will love sitting here and enjoying the warm sun. It’s a wide-open field in front with many almond trees. The scenery extends for miles. Between the house and the lawn, there is a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests. A deck with many loungers surrounds the pool.

If you prefer shade, then you can head to the shaded poolside area, which has an outdoor dining table and a lounging space. There is also a billiards table. The backside of this villa has a second lawn and garden and also an outdoor brick barbecue. Young children can run around and have fun on both the lawns. There are indeed plenty of ways to relax or entertain here.

The interior is warm and inviting. All the common areas of this two-story house are on the ground floor. Natural light sweeps through the rooms, thanks to the large windows. The living room has comfortable sofas, a glass-top coffee table, a television with English and German channels, and many objects of art. There is also a Bluetooth speaker and a DVD.

There is a second sitting area with another sofa and a fireplace. The dining table is placed next to the sofa in this open-plan room. The kitchen has a breakfast table and many appliances like an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, coffee machine, and dishwasher. It offers direct access to the garden through a door.

Villa Garrovers is a self-sufficient home in every way. You will find an iron, an ironing board, and a washing machine in the utility room. Enjoy the barbecue and the pool with chlorinated water. Hand, wash, and pool towels are provided. There is also a parking space within the premises. You can ask for a cot and a high chair.
