Villa Marta

Villa Marta is spread over two floors with a total of 5 bedrooms. The ground floor has the master suite with a king bed, a dressing room, and an ensuite bathroom with a hydro-massage shower. It provides direct access to the pool and the garden. There is a second bedroom on this level with twin beds. Guests staying here have access to a family bathroom.

The first floor has the three remaining bedrooms – with two rooms having twin beds and one with a double. There are two terraces, both offering pool and garden views. The fifth bedroom is slightly detached as an external staircase will take you there. So, the guests staying here will have more privacy and can enter/exit the room privately. This room is located in the tower and has a circular shape.

Just outside the house, there is a private swimming pool where you can take a dip anytime you want. The surrounding pool deck has many loungers. Relax with a glass of your favorite drink between your refreshing sessions in the cool water. There is also an outdoor dining table for your alfresco meals. All around, you will see many tall trees and flowering plants.

A shaded corner on the terrace has a sofa area for guests who would rather relax away from the sun. There is a second dining table here and also the barbecue. Fire it up for a grilled feast. On the other side of Villa Marta, you will find a grassy lawn and a sofa with a glass-top table. Guests are in a real dilemma as there are so many lounging and dining areas.

The interior of this luxury home is equally impressive. The ground floor features a large open-plan room with a fireplace, a plush sofa, a large screen television, a library, and a formal dining table that seats the entire family. There is a cozier lounging area too in case you want some solitude. Double doors of the living/dining area open to the covered terrace and pool area.

The kitchen has many appliances and utensils for your cooking. Approach the villa manager for a private chef in case you don’t want to cook during your holiday. You will also find tableware and glassware.

Villa Marta is a fabulous rental home in every way. It is packed with modern conveniences that will make your stay enjoyable. Families traveling with infants will get a cot and a highchair. There is an iron, an ironing board, and a washing machine. The pool and barbecue are ready for use. The price of towels, electricity, and air-conditioning are included with your stay. Final cleaning is also included.
