There are three comfortable bedrooms situated on the second floor with cozy furnishings, and air-conditioning and heating set on a timer from 2-4 pm and 8 pm to 8 am. Two of the bedrooms are fitted with twin size beds, and the last one has a double bed.
The rooms are bright and peaceful for a restful night’s rest. Fresh linens are supplied and changed weekly. The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the twin bedrooms share a family bathroom. Fluffy towels and hairdryers are provided for your comfort.

The peaceful interiors feature an open-plan living area with a comfortable lounge area with cozy sofas, a DVD player, satellite TV, WIFI, and fireplace to snuggle up in front of on cooler evenings. The villa features whitewashed walls, beamed ceilings, and lovely natural stone floors for a traditional and modern fusion.
The dining area features a wooden table and chairs and is next to the fully equipped kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, a full oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and coffee machine. You’ll have everything you need to whip up delicious meals.
The villa is equipped with a baby cot, highchair, and fenced garden for the little ones. There is outdoor parking close to the entrance of the villa. A safety box is supplied and you can check in from 5 pm to 3 am and check out is at 10 am. You will be greeted with a thoroughly cleaned and disinfected villa. Final cleaning is included, as well as mid stay cleaning.
Air Conditioning is available on a timer, and extra hours can be requested for a fee of 150 euros. For those with an electric car, charge costs are 14.29 euros. You can request laundry services, daily cleaning service and ironing, for an extra charge. Please inquire on booking.
The villa is ideally located only 3 kms from shops, the town of Pollensa and serene beaches. You’ll be surrounded by nature, while still having all you need nearby.
