Villa Barrett

There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the property that can accommodate 8 guests. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor—one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. Both have their own wardrobes. On the first floor are two other bedrooms, both with two twin beds each.

There is plenty of space outdoors to relax like the sun loungers in the perfectly pruned gardens. You can go for a swim in the 10m x 4m swimming pool with depths between 1 m and 2.20m so both children and adults can enjoy it. There’s a poolside shower to rinse between dips and you can find a BBQ so that you can cook wonderful meals to enjoy al fresco style.

You can snuggle up on plush sofas at the end of a long day in the comfortable family lounge. Here you can find a Plasma television, a DVD player, and a music system. The oak wood kitchen is a wonderful place to whip up delicious meals and it has modern fittings like an electric cooker, fridge, gas hob, microwave, and a dishwasher. There is also a breakfast area where you can enjoy quick meals. You can serve your meals in the dining area that can accommodate eight guests. The casita has a second living room and a kitchenette.

If you like to stay active, you can visit the Alcudia Tennis Club and the Alcanada Golf Course only 11 km away. Can Cap Bou Beach is only 6 km away if you want to swim in the Mediterranean Sea. Here you can also go snorkelling or experience the lovely lagoon through a glass bottom boat. The Eroski supermarket is only a short drive away if you’d like to stock your fridge with local produce.

Only six kilometers from the villa, you can find Bar Auditori where you can experience the local nightlife scene. Les Murailles Restaurant is a wonderful place to have a Spanish-inspired meal or you can find many other dining options in Alcudia. The beautiful islands around the lagoon can be reached by a short ferry ride from the Alcudia Ferry Port.
