Villa Can Costa

Villa Con Costa has three bedrooms, with one room on the ground floor and the other two rooms on the upper level. The bedroom on the ground level has a twin bed and a glass door that leads to the pool and garden. There is an additional sofa here, which can be used to sleep as well. The 2nd bedroom on the upper level has a large bedroom and a balcony that offers wide views of Alcudia. The 3rd bedroom is a family room which has a double bed and two single beds, ideal if you are a family travelling with your little kids. So you can all sleep together in this room. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and are air-conditioned. Two rooms have wardrobe space and a few chairs as well.

Villa Can Costa has lovely outdoors spread over 1200 sq mtrs. There is a nice pool that greets you, lush lawns around and a couple of sun loungers to relax on post a swim. The garden area has tall trees and there is a small fountain too. In the evenings, you can walk on these well-manicured lawns, feel the breeze and sip on your coffee. Well, you can skip that and replace it with wine glasses and barbecue too, as there is enough space for alfresco outdoor dining as well. Enjoy the Mediterranean sun in the vast open outdoors.

The interiors of Con Costa are all for comfort, charm and elegance. The living room has sofas and chairs and a TV set. There is a small bookshelf with a few books so you can pick a cosy read and lie on the sofa with views of the pool and green lawns. There are large glass doors and windows here which ensure the outdoor beautiful views accompany you. There is a separate dining area with a long table and chairs. This space is so beautifully decorated with antique pots, small paintings, coloured dishes on the walls, vases and a few potted plants. The home has a fully furnished kitchen with all modern equipment. There is a small breakfast table here, so you can have quick meals here.

All the rooms including the living area have air conditioning. There is a TV with satellite connection and WiFi connection. The fully-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. There is a washing machine, ironing board, and BBQ equipment within the home. You can request for baby cot and baby high chair at the time of reservation. The villa also offers off-street parking.
