Located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Sineu, guests will be delighted to find a villa here that evokes equal joy in them. Built over 2 storeys, Villa Ca Na Rossa conveys a playful and cheery vibe with the use of colours and some pastel shades for its interiors, while designed with 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 guests. With over 180 sq metres of beautifully-appointed built-up space, guests will also find the distinct outdoor-indoor living concept to be appealing for their vacation stay. This villa is also kids-friendly as it has a dedicated outdoor playground for young children on the green patch of lawn amidst its paved terraces, while the indoors are generously afforded with bright natural lighting owing to the plenty of windows and sliding glass doors that open out externally.
There are 3 bedrooms spread over the villa’s 2 levels. On the ground floor is where guests will find the 1st bedroom with a bathroom that has an accessible shower which makes it great for guests with any mobility issues. The remaining 2 rooms are located upstairs. All rooms are painted in soft pastel tones and are fitted with 2 single beds each, though they can be joined together to form a double bed should guests require. All of them also have ample closet space, decor of white furniture and fittings, and oversized windows to enjoy the outdoor views.

The beautiful external grounds of the villa is enhanced by a glorious fenced garden with fir trees and plenty of native Mediterranean foliage. All around, the terraces are paved with terracotta-tiled flooring while a large swimming pool measuring 9m X 3.5m makes its mark for guests in the middle courtyard, while lined by sun deck chairs on the sides. There is a lounge area with outdoor furniture under the shade of an umbrella for guests to take refuge on, while on the far corner at the end of the poolside is the kid’s playground sitting on a green patch of lawn. There is also an alfresco dining space to tuck into meals and sip wines with your loved ones.
The indoors comprise a generously-sized living space that is fitted with highly comfortable fabric sofas and which is adjacent to the dining hall as well as the open kitchen area furnished with plenty of modern appliances. Guests will be able to make use of the kettle, juicer, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and oven here. There are 2 main dining spaces for guests to choose from, with the other located near the sliding glass doors that face directly across the pool outdoors, with a washing basin found just behind.
Bicycle
Complimentary WiFi Internetis provided for guests to connect to at all times throughout their stay. There is also a 24/7 assistance and support provided for guests to seek help with their bookings or other lodging requests. For families travelling with small children, rest assured that there is a baby high chair or crib that is provided, as with bed linens and towels that are changed on a regular basis.
There is a traditional Spanish restaurant that is located just a mere 50 metres away from the villa, serving sumptuous tapas that guests could dine on. Additionally, guests will find an Agromart slightly further away which houses a lot of shops and souvenir stalls. Meanwhile, the town centre of Sineu is just a mere 300 metres away and is bustling with a range of entertainment options from nightclubs to bars.
9.8/10All in all, it was a totally wonderful holiday. The equipment of the house is very good. The only thing missing was dish towels and a hand brush/shovel. However, we were able to find a solution quickly. The absolute highlight is not in the pictures. There is a great barbecue in the conservatory. All thumbs up for this house!
