This is the perfect kids’ bedroom, as it features a more colourful colour palette with child-friendly artworks hanging on the walls. The single room also features patio access through a wall-to-ceiling glass door.

Selmy Townhouse 6 features a wide balcony which can be accessed from the living room as well as the single bedroom. The balcony offers view of the beautiful turquoise Mediterranean as well as an al fresco dining table. There is also a shared swimming pool where you can cool down in the glistening water or relax on a sun lounger as you get to know your neighbours. The pool has steps and a shallow end so children can play safely in the water.
