Villa Wagner

It is a two-storied villa where each guest will have more space and more ways to enjoy island life. There are 3 bedrooms for 6 guests. The ground floor has two bedrooms. One has a king bed and the second has twins. Guests who like to stay close to the garden and swimming pool can sleep here. The first floor has the master suite with a double bed. This bedroom is ensuite with a shower. The second bathroom in the house has a bathtub.

All three bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lights, makeup mirrors, and satellite televisions. But the rooms never feel cluttered.

It is the outdoor area that makes this villa in Mallorca stand out. What will impress you immediately upon arrival is its huge garden that is dotted with many tall trees. It is so huge that you can easily find a cozy nook under the shade of a tree in case you prefer to choose solitude over group time. The private pool is a common gathering place. Guests, old and young, like to swim or relax by the poolside. There are loungers for everyone.

Enjoy your morning coffee while cherishing the splendid nature views. You will have complete peace as this is a quiet and serene area. Gaze at tropical sunset right from your own swimming pool. If you are looking to host a relaxed barbeque or an elegant cocktail party, there is no better place than the poolside lawn. On a hot day, the party can shift to the covered patio. It has an outdoor dining table.

In keeping with Villa Wagner’s sprawling stature, you will find multiple living areas for guests to mingle and relax in. The relaxed seating area on the ground floor features a comfortable sofa, fireplace, television, and sound system. Just outside, there is a second area under shade that has a sofa and a dining table. This area is a nice transition between the indoors and the outdoor area.

On the first floor, you will find a long terrace and a shaded balcony that has a seating area, a dining table, and a BBQ. Several doors connect this balcony to the living room and a long corridor where you will find more seating spaces. The terrace also leads to the formal dining room where there is an elegant table for six guests. It is a sunny room that faces the tall trees.

The kitchen is packed with many modern appliances including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, kettle, and coffee machine. The bathrooms have towels and hair dryers. Villa Wagner is a self-service rental property. Assistance is available 24/7. A baby high chair and a crib can be provided for young families. Final cleaning is chargeable. Tourist tax for guests above 18 is included.
