All the three bedrooms in this villa are fitted with air conditioning and heating. The property has only one floor where all the bedrooms are located. There is one bathroom with a hair dryer to be shared by all the guests inside the villa, however, it also consists of another washroom outside.
Two of the bedrooms feature a double bed each, while the third bedroom has two single beds. All the three bedrooms open to a spacious lounge for relaxing during the day or night.

From the living room, head to the long terrace with modern furniture where you can sit and soak in the sun in the morning. You can jump into the private pool and freshen up during hot weather right from the terrace. From the terrace, there’s a BBQ that you can use to prepare grilled meals of your choice. The furniture around the pool is cozy, so you can just sit there and have a good time if you don’t have much to do.

The fully equipped modern kitchen means you can have fun trying unique recipes or ask a chef to help you prepare something unique for you and your loved ones. The kitchen cabinets ensure you have a neat kitchen at all times, as you can store all the dishes and utensils once you’re done using them. Also, you can move to the spacious living area and sit on modern sofas or armchairs as you watch your favorite movie. Aside from playing music, you can also connect to the free Wi-Fi and enjoy surfing the net.

Villa Casa Mar has self check-in with a lockbox, hence there are no staff around. However, guests are provided with air conditioning and heating in this accommodation and smoking is not prohibited either. The property also has a wireless internet and a dedicated office space where guests can work from as they can stay in this villa as long as they wish.
