Villa Xinito

The two gorgeous bedrooms are colorful and warm. You can comfortably accommodate four people and the warm, wood elements will make you feel at home. The master bedroom is fitted with an incredibly comfortable mattress, a side table, a small table, large wardrobes and a full ensuite bathroom with bathtub.

The second room has the same layout as the master suite except that it has two single beds and a separate full family bathroom

Outside, you’ll be greeted by a perfectly manicured garden with a large private pool with fig trees sprinkled around. You’ll also find a rooftop terrace to enjoy majestic views of the countryside. You can lounge around all day outside on the sunbeds and outdoor furnishing.

Everything at Villa Xinito is conveniently set on one floor. The charming home has an open-plan layout mixing contemporary and traditional décor, with wooden elements. The ground floor layout makes it easy to reach the covered terrace and outdoor areas. The living area will make you want to snuggle up in the sofas to watch movies on the TV and DVD player. Impress your whole family with your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen that includes top of the range appliances. You can eat inside at the indoor dining area with a dining table for six people, or outside. Large glass doors, transport you directly outside to the covered terrace.

You’ll have regular cleaning at Villa Xinito and the linens are changed once a week. The dedicated team is there to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. There is a baby cot/crib and a highchair for the little ones included in the fee. If you have other requests such as laundry services, additional cleaning services, ironing, or anything else, our staff will happily help you. These come at an additional fee.
