10/10A lovely villa set off a quiet road (2 cyclists and 1 car a day). Very peaceful, a large pool and exceptionally clean.
10/10The value for money of the villa is simply unbeatable. We enjoyed the hot tub very much, the surroundings are green in all directions and we liked the region around Pollenca very much. Inside, the villa is not super modern in every room, but it is all neat, clean and nothing is missing. There is also heating for the colder days. We had a great time here.
10/10A large property with a fantastic pool area awaits you. The villa itself is a bit outdated (especially the bathrooms) and would have needed renovations. However, the value for money is unbeatable every time! We had a great time at the villa and really enjoyed the stay!

9.6/10My friends and I stayed here for a week. We absolutely loved the villa, the outside space is amazing and we really enjoyed our time there. The only thing would be in terms of directions to enter the villa it would be helpful if it was indicated to enter it through the other side of the pathway as it is quite narrow and the villa is closer to the other end so it makes sense then to enter the opposite way.
10/10The house sits in a quiet area but still is not very far from the highway and the city Pollenca where you can find supermarkets. We loved to spend the week in this quiet area. Nobody bothered us, you can hear some sheep in the distance and sometimes bikers cross the path along the house. The house has enough space for 6 people. In summer it seems perfect: you have 3 bedrooms, a huge table inside, more outside and 6 beach lounger at the pool. The only thing that might be to small would be the couch / living room area. We went to Mallorca end of march and I find it a bit freezing as soon as the sun sets. Therefore you can find a aircon in the bedroom. The rest of the house was chilly. Which might be a relief during summer. We didn‘t miss anything in the kitchen. We were able to cook full meals. You can reach everything in the northwest quite easily. It took us 5-15 min to the nearest hiking trails which I would recommend in spring/autumn. The next supermarkets are reachable in 5-10min by car. We would definitely come back!
