Villa Font 39 is spread over two levels with the ground floor having all the common areas. The 3 bedrooms are all on the upper level. The master suite has a king bed, while the others both have twins. In total, this rental villa can accommodate up to 6 people. The bedrooms provide a simple homely comfort but you will find everything required. There are large wardrobes, dressing areas, and bedside tables with reading lamps.

There is a fantastic terrace too on the first floor with 3 bedrooms. The large terrace offers beautiful views of the pool, the town, and the surrounding hills. The house has two bathrooms, one on each floor. They both have showers.

Villa Font 39 is spread over a 435-square-meter plot. The highlight of its outdoor area is the private swimming pool. It will be exclusively for you and your family for the duration of your stay. There are a few trees in the courtyard too, adding greenery. You will find many loungers on the terrace beside the pool, where you can relax, sunbathe, read a book, and sip a drink. Go for a swim anytime you want, even in the evening. It will be really relaxing if you can go for a swim after a long day of visiting various places.

The villa also provides outdoor furniture, a dining table, and a portable barbecue. Fire up the barbecue for a grilled party with your group!

Inside, you will find an elegant and tastefully furnished interior. The traditional wooden-beamed ceiling of Mallorca runs through the house. However, it fuses very well with the many modern touches you will find, which makes this townhouse a comfortable place to stay. The décor never goes overboard, which is why you will feel like staying in your own home.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with sofas and a TV. It is an open-concept room that also has a 4-sitter dinner table. A glass sliding door from here leads to a balcony that has a lovely sitting area with an outdoor table. The balcony offers fabulous views of the city and the surrounding hills. Villa Font 39 also has a small kitchenette with many appliances. It also has a small breakfast table with high chairs.

The entire residence is air-conditioned for your comfort. You will find an iron, a satellite television with international channels, a strong Wi-Fi connection, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. All the bedrooms have safes. The bathrooms have towels, basic toiletries, and hair dryers. The kitchen is small but it still has many appliances, pots, and pans.
