Villa Encantadora is a homey Spanish holiday villa for a family vacation since it has stunning mountain views and a beautiful residence that blends rustic accents with modern amenities. This six-bedroom home is situated in the charming community of Can Concos des Cavaller, where the medieval eras are also brought to mind when traveling down to this region due to the village's old buildings and winding roads. Every room in the house offers stunning views, and there are also contemporary conveniences like an outdoor swimming pool, well-kept gardens, and lots of outdoor space. The 300 year old property has been renovated and decorated with contemporary conveniences to accommodate vacationers while retaining its unique rustic appeal.
Six bedrooms that can sleep up to 12 people are found in the two-storey home known as Villa Encantadora. Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds and the other rooms are equipped with two single beds. You will enjoy the nicest views of the mountain valley from your rooms, which are surrounded by a powerful mountain range.
There is 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms in the house, and they are furnished with modern necessities and toiletries.

The villa's breathtaking outdoor space is a result of its lovely position. You can take leisurely strolls in a lovely, well-kept garden and just take in the welcoming ambiance. Beautiful Earthy tone facades of the house, palm, and olive tree plantations may be found on the site. A 9x4 m swimming pool where you may cool down. To further unwind, there is a sun patio with sun loungers. An alfresco dining area that can seat up to 12 people is available next to the property. Viewing the setting sun and feeling the cold breezes by the mountaintop would make evenings here more delightful.
Due to its interior decor and rustic ambience, Villa Encantadora retains its old-world appeal despite its modern renovations thanks to its natural stone walls and arches, wooden ceiling beams, wrought iron handrails, lamps, furniture, and other antiques. There are three separate living rooms in the house.
There is a lounge area and a separate dining area for 10 people in the living room. As a wonderful addition to the dining room, decorated plates are hanging on the walls here. You may also hold a family movie night while relaxing by the fireplace and watching your favorite movie on satellite TV. The room has a view of the lovely garden outdoors. There is a complete kitchen with all the utensils needed to prepare delectable meals.
The TV, WiFi, washing machine, and safe box are all available to guests at Villa Encantadora. A baby chair and crib is also available for families who bring their little ones. The kitchen is equipped with a freezer, dishes/cutlery, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. To make it easier for visitors who bring their own cars, there is an open-air parking space for 4 cars. Bedsheets and fresh, clean linens are provided in the bedrooms. We also offer towels for the pool.
In the southeast of Mallorca, in the municipality of Felanitx, sits the charming village of Cas Concos des Cavaller. It is both a serene, pure village that is well-liked for its genuine appeal and a site of innovation and expansion as a result of the opening of excellent eateries and intriguing little boutiques. Locals and inhabitants frequent the bars and eateries, do grocery shopping every day, and socialize with friends and neighbors.
9.8/10Very nice old house. We spent a very nice week in this old finca. The hosts and agency were very kind and responsive. Good to know, the house is 3Km from the village. You need a car to go shopping. The third bathroom is attached to the house but outside, not very practical. Nice pool, very pleasant terrace, large bedrooms and large living room. I highly recommend this house! Thank you for the organisation and the follow-up of this stay, we spent a very nice week in Cas Concos.
