The two-story home includes 4 bedrooms, and all are air-conditioned. The two bedrooms situated on the lower floor feature double and twin beds and two separate bathrooms. One of them is a family shower room. The two other bedrooms are situated on the upper floors and have a private lounge. The master suite is spacious and stunningly designed with exposed beams and a large wardrobe. The double bed is incredibly comfortable and there is an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. At your disposal are top of the range toiletries and vanities. The other room has three single beds and a family shower room.

The outdoor area is so large, you’ll find plenty of space to lounge. There are dining areas, a private pool, jacuzzi and a small pond with a fountain to enjoy. The inviting pool with depths of 0.9m and 2m is accessible via the Roman steps. There are sunbeds with parasols to relax and enjoy the warm weather. The space is perfect for al fresco living and there are comfortable sofas and dining facilities on the covered terrace.
The interior design inspires peace with its tasteful furnishings paired with traditional elements. The large patio doors open to the terrace and pool area. The living area inside is a perfect spot to relax and watch satellite TV on the comfortable sofas. You can cook a feast for the whole family in the fully equipped kitchen that includes a microwave, built-in oven, dishwasher, and many other appliances. You can choose if you want to dine indoors or outdoors. On the upper level, you’ll find a lounge with incredibly soft sofas and bean bags. This is a perfect place to retreat for some private time. The house has WIFI.
There are plenty of services available and the staff will happily help you organise what you need. There are regular cleaning services with linen change once a week. If you need additional services like cleaning, linen change, or anything else, you can request this. These are charged separately.
Even though you may want to stay at the villa all day long, there are also many other things to explore nearby. Only 15 minutes away, you can find the azure Mediterranean Sea and S’Albufereta. If you drive for 10 km, you will reach the Pollensa Port and Hidropark. Around the corner is the Eroski supermarket where you can stock up on everything you need for elaborate family meals.
