Villa Ca Sa Tia de Binissalem

A cosy yet spacious villa, it has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One of the rooms has a double bed, while the other one has two twin beds. The room with double beds is ornate with shades of blue, giving it a nice Mediterranean appeal. There is not much furniture other than the beds and a rack for your clothes and bedside table. The other bedroom has decorated mirrors on its walls, wardrobe space and curved-leg table with drawers that feel antique. The rooms and bathrooms have little paintings hanging on their walls.

A home is a fenced property with artificial grass creepers and flowers. One part of the fence is covered with mesh curtains. There’s a 7x4 meter pool with a deck and a few sunbeds to relax and unwind under the clear skies. There is an outdoor shower too. The lounge area also has a BBQ set up adjacent to the pool, so spend your evening rendezvous sipping local wines just enjoying the vibe of this place.

The home is brightly decorated with solid coloured cushions and floral curtains against its white and grey furniture. The living area has enough seating space. There are two sets of sofas and chairs, one around the TV set and also a small round table for four. There is a separate dining area in the home which transports you back in time with its antique style decor. A wooden table showpiece with elegant crockery, a big vase, a large mirror, a rocking chair and a chandelier all of them have sheer elegance of olden times. The room rocks an overall beige theme.
The kitchen is fully-furnished with modern equipment to stir some lip-smacking food. There is a vitro ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all utensils. There is a pop of purple in here with the cabinetry. There is a small laundry room next to the kitchen, so you are served with all comforts during the stay.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen. You can place a request for child-friendly facilities such as a baby high chair and cot. The air conditioning in the home is timed from 8 PM to 8 AM. We also provide bed linens, bath towels, and final cleaning at 120 euros. There is 24x7 assistance available for any other service requests during the stay. This villa is ideal for small families.
