The two homey bedrooms, which have plenty of wooden accents for a rustic atmosphere, are located on the first floor. The two bedrooms feature two cozy single beds, a spacious chest of drawers for storing items, exquisitely built bedside tables for reading at night, and a large 2 panel window that opens to the fresh air and spectacular views of the surrounding vegetation. The rooms are also equipped with an ensuite shower/bath room that has a calming shower/bath tub, name-brand amenities, and vanities.

Villa Colonya sits in an expansive plot of 14.000m2, in the countryside of Pollensa, allowing guests to enjoy tranquil and serene holiday while in Mallorca as it serves breathtaking views of greeneries and rolling hills of the island. The major draw of this charming house is its sparkling outdoor pool, which is located in the middle of the property and is encircled by a sizable, manicured garden. The inviting sun loungers along the pool are perfect for relaxing or sunbathing. An alfresco dining area is also available right next to the property.

The inside space is quite beautiful. Enjoy a drink of wine and some downtime on the plush, ultra-comfy sofas in the inviting living spaces, where you can also watch your favorite movies on the satellite TV. Additionally, large windows provide tranquil views of the stunning surroundings. The living room has air conditioning for enhanced comfort, especially in the warmer months. The dining room is conveniently situated next to the kitchen, and a wide floor-to-ceiling glass door offers easy access to the covered terrace and outdoor space. An additional seating area with a fireplace is available next to dining and kitchen areas.

A breakfast bar divides the dining area from the spacious kitchen. Having everything you need, including an oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and other appliances, makes preparing meals simple and hassle-free. In addition to the main dining room, there is also a lovely alfresco dining area that can sit up to 6 with views of the pool and surrounding countryside.

Despite the fact that this is self-catered lodging, you will feel at ease as the property provides everything to ensure you enjoy your holiday. Our diligent housekeepers take care to thoroughly clean the entire property at the conclusion of each visit. If you're coming by car, there is free open-air parking for 4 available. A baby crib and high chair are also provided for parents of toddlers. Villa Finder’s Concierge staff can also arrange for additional services like car rental, grocery shopping, etc. Kindly note that groups of youth under 30, parties/events, and pets are not allowed in the property.
