There are 4 lovely bedrooms on the property decorated in peaceful tones and feature traditional elements like exposed wooden beams. The rooms are bright and are fitted with luxe linens for a restful night’s sleep.
The first bedroom is spacious and fitted with a double wooden bed with a premium mattress and an ensuite bathroom with high-end fixtures, a shower, and toiletries and vanities. The second bedroom is also fitted with a double bed and the two remaining rooms feature twin beds. These three bedrooms share a bathroom and a shower room.

The spacious outdoor area features a large pool where you can spend hours splashing around, or you can relax on a sun lounger with your favorite beverage. A convenient summer kitchen with a barbecue is located outside so that you can cook in the company of your loved ones in the fresh air. The perfectly manicured garden is filled with fruit trees like almond, fig, and lime trees as well as ponds and a paddock. The garden is fenced for extra security.
The spacious interiors feature an open-plan layout with plush couches, a satellite TV, DVD player, and a wood burning stove/fireplace. In the charming fully equipped kitchen, you can find modern amenities like a microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, and a dining table.
A convenient door leads out to a large semi-covered terrace with a long table where you can artfully serve your meals for a beautiful al fresco experience in the sunset.
A friendly and experienced team will be at your service to help you with anything you need and the housekeepers will provide a mid-stay and final cleaning as well as a change of bed linens once a week. Child-friendly amenities like a baby cot and highchair can be provided free of charge as well as open air parking. You can request extra maid services, airport transfers, babysitting, and more. These are charged separately.
There are an abundance of things to do close to the villa. You can head to the lovely beach of Port de Pollensa, or the gorgeous coves of Cala San Vicente. Stroll down the enchanting streets of Pollensa town where you can find excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. Walk up the famous 365 steps leading to the iconic El Calvari Church that offers exceptional views.
10/10Lovely villa, peaceful and remote, yet short car drive to Pollenca and to local beaches. Children (and adults) loved the swimming pool. Great outdoor space for socialising ! Hope to return.
10/10The location of the finca was ideal for us. In 5 minutes you were by car at Lidl or Eroski. Pollença, Port de Pollença and Cala San Vicente are all about 10 minutes drive away. The finca itself is quietly located in beautiful, green surroundings. The simple wooden doors are quite noisy when opening and closing. I cannot think of much more negative things. The finca is typically furnished, not luxurious. For us overall great.
