In the master bedroom, you will find a double bed, complete with deluxe linens, generous closet space, and upscale furnishing. Air conditioning is included to ensure your upmost comfort in all seasons.
The second room also features a double bed with air-conditioning while the last room has two single rooms, perfect for teenagers or children traveling with you.
All the rooms boast large windows so you can admire the views or simply soak in some of that glorious Pollensa sunshine right from the comfort of your bedroom.
Cross through the complex’s main exit and step into the property’s expansive garden which is decked in such a way so as to help you enjoy the outdoors to the fullest.
If you would like to enjoy your very own private space, you will be glad to learn that there’s a spacious covered balcony that extends right from the living area. In this space, you will find comfortable furnishings, including loungers for working on your tan. There’s also a table set with chairs- perfect for Al Fresco dining.
A distinct sense of peace and well-being radiates inside the villa, thanks to the cozy home comforts. For instance, you will find a spacious and well-equipped kitchen that you can use to put a delicious meal together. Rest assured that this space also features an array of utensils as well as contemporary appliances.
In addition to a dining area, the penthouse also boasts a living area where the family can gather over a movie or bond over anecdotes about their Pollensa adventures.
Parents traveling with the kids will be glad to learn that there’s a baby high chair included for babies. A crib is also included. Wi-Fi is free and available through the property.
For an extra fee and upon request, the aircon timer can be turned off. Extra cots can additionally be provided.
Just five kilometers from the villa lies a white sandy beach where you can relax with your toes burrowed in the warm sand or snorkel the glorious lagoon. Travelers can also take advantage of the many restaurants surrounding the beach, most serving local delicacies.
10/10The terrace and view were amazing. The modern decor was excellent. The location was fantastic! We stayed here with our son, daughter in law and grandson. The apartment and room layout was ideal. Only 10 mins to the nearest large supermarket and a smaller well stocked one under the apartment. Beach literally just across the road. Thoroughly recommend.
10/10Very nice holiday in a great apartment, which is unique due to its location. Modern and absolutely adequately equipped. Fantastic view, great location, restaurants, beach, shopping, everything is within walking distance. The only points of criticism: 1. for coffee drinkers, the modest coffee machine 2. for people with back problems, the soft, sagging mattresses. We would like to come again!
