Villa Roca Verde

The 4 bedrooms at Villa Roca Verde can sleep 8 guests, in which 3 of them are configured with queen bedding and the final room carrying 2 bunk beds. All rooms are air-conditioned with minimalist design and decor, such as paintings on the wall and hanging cane lights by the bedside to add a personal, warm touch that hinges on class. A dose of colours are also present in the bed linens and pillow covers, while framed windows enable sunlight to stream through in creating the bright airy atmosphere. The Master Bedroom also comes with its own ensuite bathroom that features a bathtub, shower room, and double sink vanity while the other rooms share a bathroom and a common separate toilet.

The sunny outdoors are certainly enticing, where guests could either head straight for the swimming pool that awaits, lying still on the wooden platform that also hosts sun loungers with small coffee tables that are perfect for naps and relaxation over wines and books. Just across the side of the pool is the alfresco dining spot that is under shelter, featuring a solid wood table for guests’ party of 8 pax, an outdoor kitchen with sinks and a BBQ grill oven and other all amenities to make cooking here complete, with a smaller round dining table with 4 seats should guests wish to utilise this space. There is also an alfresco lounge spot with tasteful designer furniture for guests to further enjoy themselves.

The spacious and classy interiors feature all-white walls, with semi-circular-shaped windows and glass doors that are a signature element here. Against L-shaped supersize sofas lined with soft cushions, its centrepiece highlight is also the black designer fireplace with its long chimney-like absorber, while large potted plants line the back of the sofas that all help to conjure a pleasing environment around the space. A few steps up lead guests to the upper deck that hosts the dining table, juxtaposed against the backdrop of a black polished cabinet that carries books and other decorative elements. The very spacious and full-equipped kitchen area that is adjacent to the living hall is well-appointed with mahogany wooden cabinets, all the necessary utensils, classy kitchenware and tableware and also a dishwasher, among others.

Guests have at their disposal, all the modern amenities throughout their stay here which include air-conditioning and heating, as well as washing machine and dryer for laundry needs. There is also complimentary WiFi access for guests, while the staff will provide fresh bed linens, bath towels, and also clean the home prior to guests’ check-in.
