Son Perxa is a magnificent venue that hosts up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms, making it a paradise for families or a large group of friends that wants to holiday away from the crowds. They are distributed over the two floors of the house. Every bedroom is airy, spacious, and has homely comforts. You can choose between double or twin bedrooms. Four of them are ensuite, three with bathtubs.

The fifth bedroom has two separate twin beds, making it a good choice for two young children or teens. A traveling nanny can also stay with a kid. All the bedrooms have large windows that bring in the fresh sea breeze and natural light. There are study tables, seating areas, and large wardrobes.

Step outside onto the spacious, airy terrace and marvel at the sights before you. An inviting swimming pool will provide you with a refreshing respite from hot summer days. After spending a day sightseeing under the Mallorcan sun, there’s nothing more refreshing than taking a plunge in the delightfully cool swimming pool.

It features many tall trees and a lush lawn where the kids will love to run around, while the adults can spread relax and take in the splendor of nature. You will love to disappear for some quiet time, for perhaps a romantic moment, or to meditate within the lush greenery. The shaded terrace has two separate lounging areas and a brick barbecue.

Each room has a personality and character of its own, and no two furniture pieces, lamps, chandeliers, paintings, or drapes are alike. The villa owner has thoughtfully planned for two living rooms, considering that the house can accommodate a total of 10 guests. This ensures that the lounging area never gets cramped, even when everyone is inside. The fireplace provides warmth.

The living rooms open directly into a dining area that can seat everyone at the long table. The modern kitchen, which is next door, has many appliances, pots, and pans for your cooking needs.

Villa Son Perxa has everything for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday with family or friends. There is a television and DVD player for your entertainment, barbecue equipment for an outdoor party, pool towels, Wi-Fi internet, large wardrobes, a washing machine, a safety box, an iron, and an ironing board. Housekeeping service is offered at the time of checkout. The cost of electricity and air-conditioning are included with your stay.
