The bedrooms are spread evenly over this two-story house. Choose a ground-floor bedroom if you don’t want to climb the stairs. Select one on the upper floor if you want better views. One upper-floor bedroom with a double antique bed has several windows, offering panoramic views. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There are in total four bathrooms in the house, with three having tubs.

You will have all the essentials like large wardrobes with hanging and storage space, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and makeup mirrors. The beds have high-quality mattresses, soft linen, and extra pillows.

Prepare to be wowed as you enter the grounds. You will be greeted by a huge garden that meets the surrounding fields. It is difficult to determine where this luxury villa ends and the countryside begins. The garden is full of plants and shrubbery. The huge lawn seems to go on and on. The inviting swimming pool is at the center of all this. It even has a Jacuzzi. Many loungers are placed on the poolside, both in the open and under shade.

There are several chill-out areas with sofas, chairs, and two outdoor dining tables in separate areas, both under shade. One shaded verandah faces the wide lawn and the second faces a natural fountain and barbecue. Enjoy delicious outdoor meals in your favorite location. There is even a billiards table.

Modern meets traditional as you step inside this little gem. Spend precious family time in the living room. Elegantly decorated, it has plush leather sofas, a rustic coffee table, and a satellite television. A sliding glass door leads to the terrace with the billiards table. There is a second smaller lounging space where you will find a piano. Musicians in the family can practice for as long as they want.

This luxury home also has an impressive library with many books. On one side, you will find a reading area that doubles up as a work desk as well. A couple of rocking chairs are placed in another corner where you can read while facing a cute garden. Cal Moliner has a large kitchen with yet another dining area.

Cal Moliner has lots of space and Mallorcan charm. It is fully equipped for a memorable holiday. Cook your meals in the kitchen, using the oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, and other appliances. There is even a dishwasher, iron, washing machine and dryer. The bathrooms have towels, luxury toiletries, and hair dryers. The kids can run around in the garden and splash around in the pool, while the adults can play billiards or enjoy the refreshing Jacuzzi.
