There are 3 comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms in the villa, perfect for a medium-sized family or small group of friends. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and is fitted with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. A large window lets in an abundance of natural light and offers splendid views. There is a separate room with a sofa bed for extra guests. On the ground floor, you can find the other two bedrooms with two single beds each, great for children. There are two bathrooms available for these rooms.

From the front porch you can admire picturesque views across the countryside to the hills in the North. High hedges in the backyard offer complete privacy while you swim in the 8m x 4m pool. There are numerous sun beds to choose from to relax on or you can stay active with a game of table tennis. Fire up the BBQ for a fantastic grilled meal that you can enjoy outside al fresco style while admiring a beautiful sunset. If you perch yourself on the first floor terrace you can admire an exceptional view of the Tramuntana Mountain Range.

Gather in the comfortable lounge area at the end of the day in front of the fireplace to relax. You can also watch television on the satellite TV that has a DVD player attached. Take a nap on the second sofa bed located here. You can cook wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen to serve in the separate dining area. It’s fitted with a gas hob, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, freezer, and microwave. A washing machine is also available in the utility area.

A dedicated team will make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. There are bath towels, hand towels and pool towels for your complete comfort. The swimming pool is cleaned professionally every fortnight. Midweek house cleaning with fresh laundry is available upon request. Free WIFI is available throughout the property. You can park 3 cars on the property. Other services like baby chairs can be requested at an additional charge.
