While you stay at Villa Alcan, your private sanctuary will be the peaceful retreat of one of the two plush bedrooms. Each designed in a coastal colour palette of soft white and wood tones, the rooms have a soothing ambience conducive to a peaceful night’s sleep. The master bedroom features a wide double bed and elegant, vintage-vintage-style furnishings and decorations. The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds which can be arranged as a double, so you can configure the sleeping arrangements to the needs of your travelling group.

If it weren’t for the bounty of sites and opportunities in the surrounding area, you might be tempted to spend your entire holiday lounging in your luscious private garden. When you first exit the house through the glass door which bathes the living room in natural light, you’ll find yourself on a romantic furnished terrace, which you can choose to enclose using white curtains. This patio features a comfortable outdoor living area with al fresco sofas and armchairs. Here you’ll also find an al fresco dining table, around which you can enjoy a feast cooked on the barbecue. Venture further from the house and you’ll find a sprawling, manicured lawn, at the centre of which is an 8x4 metre swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees and sun loungers from which you can work on your tan or supervise your children as they splash in the refreshing water.

The indoor areas at Villa Alcan are distinctively airy and charming, designed in a classic coastal style with white and pastel tones. You’ll likely spend most of your time inside in the spacious living/dining room, where you can get some respite from the afternoon heat as you lounge on the comfortable sofa and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. Your meals will be prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen, which offers the full complement of modern appliances, including a stove, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, which you need to prepare comforting home favourite or delightful Mallorcan classics. You can eat these culinary creations around the elegant, glass-topped dining table which has space to seat six guests.
