Villa Sant Joan

The property has two stories, with all of the villa’s four rooms. The bedrooms in the villa consist of 3 double beds, and 1 single bed, perfect for children or young adults. An additional working space can be used as an additional bedroom should the needs arise as there is a sofa bed available in it. There is air-conditioning in every room. The master bedroom of the house is on the upper floor and has an ensuite shower room, a wardrobe, and private access to the patio overlooking the beach. The rooms are tastefully furnished and comfy.

The villa is fortunate to have direct access and beautiful views of the Mal Pas beach. The main feature of the outdoor area of the stunning villa is the sparkling outdoor pool that is surrounded by tall stone and wooden fences to ensure your privacy and safety. All of your worry can be relieved by the sight of the manicured garden set against the turquoise water. The garden includes plush sofas and plenty of sun loungers. So you can enjoy wine and barbeque treats while spending your evenings feeling the seaside wind under the sky. A patio on the first level features another seating area that provides unparalleled views of the sea and island. To further savor the ambience of an oceanfront property, there is a covered dining area on the front porch at the ground floor.

The interiors of Villa Sant Joan are exquisitely ornately designed to give the house an opulent appearance. You walk into a large living area with a TV, chaise lounges, and artsy chandeliers that gives the room's bright interiors a refined touch. Large glass windows in all shapes and sizes decorate the walls. The living area has a dining table. Next to the living room is a fully furnished kitchen area with opulent cookware and marble flooring.

The villa includes a washing machine, dryer, a flat-screen TV, and central underfloor heating. There are also kid-friendly amenities like a baby chair and cot available in the property. Large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, and all necessary utensils are all included in the kitchen's amenities to make it easy for you to create your favorite foods. The villa also offers final cleaning, towels, and bed linens. You can work while on vacation at the beach thanks to the WiFi connection in the house. An open-air parking space is available.
