The views are sublime from here – you can see the Alcudia Bay in one direction and the Badia de Pollença in the other. All around, there are tall mountains and lush greenery. You will be greeted by these gorgeous views from sunrise to sunset. The villa is located at the center of a peninsula that juts out into the sea. It is a haven of peace and tranquility. There is just one other house in the neighborhood of this rental property. It is located at the end of a winding road.

Villa Sky is a private villa rental, with four bedrooms. Two of them are ensuite. The first bedroom is huge. It has a large double bed, wooden flooring, and a private seating area. But the striking feature of this room is the large glass windows on two walls that provide very nice nature views. It opens to a deck with a second sitting area. The bathroom has a bathtub. The second ensuite bedroom too has a king bed, study table, and a wardrobe. It opens to a wonderful private balcony.
The two other bedrooms in the house both have king beds. They are also spacious and have similar décor.
The villa is nestled on a hillside and surrounded by a vast forest. You will get panoramic views in every direction. Closer to the house, there is a garden and a manicured lawn, offering the same gorgeous views.
Next to the garden with the lawn, there is an infinity pool, which will be completely for your family for the duration of your stay. The poolside terrace has a paved area and a wooden deck, both with loungers where you can relax after a swim. There is also a cabana, for guests who prefer shaded comfort. You will find an outdoor dining area on the terrace. It is under a shaded platform, so you can have food even when it is raining.
Simple architectural lines and design create a space that is full of character. The décor and openness, thanks to the wide glass doors and windows, give comfort to the eyes. The living room is spread over a huge area. The seating area has a deep-cushioned sofa, a wide-screen television, and a fireplace.
In the next room, you will find the dining space and the kitchen. It is a farm-style table where 6 guests can have food together. You can also eat outside on the terrace if you want. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, including 3 ovens. There is also an island and a breakfast bar.
Created for luxury living, Villa Sky offers a relaxing atmosphere and a lot of space to loosen, exercise, relax, and laze under the sun. This brand-new property is in perfect condition. You will find many modern amenities and facilities in this villa. There is a smart television and a barbecue. Wi-Fi internet will keep you connected with the world. Towels and hair dryers are provided in the bathrooms. The house also has a good-sized parking area. End-of-stay cleaning is included.
Villa Sky is surrounded by a pine forest and offers gorgeous sea and valley views. It is in Bonaire in northeastern Mallorca. Close to the house, you will find a small marina, two sandy beaches, several bars, restaurants, a dive school, and a mini market. You will only be a few minute’s drive from the old town of Alcudia.
