The three bedrooms can easily sleep six guests, a group of friends or family who would rather enjoy homely comfort and an intimate vacation instead of sharing the space with strangers in a hotel. You will clearly see an effort to ensure guest comfort in the planning and décor of the bedrooms. The whitewashed walls and minimalist décor provide a calming effect.

Two of them have large double beds, while the third has twins. Windows provide views of trees and the green space outside. Both the king bedrooms are ensuite. They have bathtubs.

A lush garden with many tall trees and a lawn surrounds this property. This is your own green space, away from the beachside and the streets, where you will see many tourists. You will have complete privacy as a tall wall separates the house and its garden. Have your morning cup of coffee or an evening drink here. You can even organize a picnic lunch. Young children will love to run around and have fun.

There are two separate dining areas in the outdoor area for your alfresco meal. The first is on the terrace and the second is on one side of the garden. Both of them can seat all the guests.

There is a yet dining area indoors, a more formal dining space with a 6-seater table. In the same open-plan room, at the other corner, you will find the villa’s living area. It is warm, inviting, and features a cushy sofa and a recliner where you can relax and spend your evenings. The room also features satellite television and a small library with many books and magazines on local interests, history, and foods. A floor-to-ceiling glass door leads to the terrace where you will find the second dining area.

Through glass-pane doors, you will find the villa’s fully-equipped kitchen. It has an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine. Why not try making some Spanish delights? The kitchen also has a breakfast table.

Iron, ironing board, washing machine, air-conditioning, hair dryers, Wi-Fi, satellite television, this luxury property provides everything for your convenience and comfort. There are pots and pans in the kitchen. You will also find a baby cot and a baby high chair in the villa.
