Villa Can Fiol has three bedrooms—one on the ground floor, and two on the upper floor. The ground floor room has direct access to the garden and its own shower room. The two other rooms lead out to a large terrace, and both have ensuite bathrooms.
You will be mesmerized by the beauty of the outdoor areas with stunning landscaped gardens and trees with lights that turn on in the evening. You can enjoy a beautiful private pool surrounded by a lush garden and a sand-washed pool deck with sun beds to stretch out on. You also have a shaded al fresco dining area and BBQ to accompany you on your culinary adventures.
The spacious indoor areas feature a large living room with big, striking, orange sofas and the glass doors and windows offer spectacular views. There is tasteful artwork on the walls, and you can exit to the rear terrace from here.
The space also includes a dining area where you can enjoy a meal prepared in the modern kitchen. A third dining table with a glass top is also found here. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern built-in appliances for all your cooking needs.
For those arriving by car, there is open-air parking available for your convenience. A mid-stay cleaning and a final cleaning is included in your stay as well as air-conditioning and internet access. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests.
Situated only 4km from Pollensa Town and Puerto Pollensa, Villa Can Fiol is close to both the sandy shores and bustling restaurants. You can spend your day in the sea water or stroll around town, exploring local cuisine, shops, and cafes. You can admire the Medieval architecture apparent wherever you look.
