The pearl of the property is the beautiful, private swimming pool. Surrounding it is a perfectly manicured garden and a stone pool deck with sun beds where you can lounge around all day and relax. The shaded terrace and pergola are fantastic for al fresco dining.
You can open the doors in the living room, to extend the space out to the terrace. The space is peacefully designed in pastel tones, paired with wooden beams and white walls. The traditional is carefully blended with the modern in Villa Font Xica Petit. You can relax on the comfortable couch while watching TV on the flatscreen or read a nice book.
The L-shaped space has an open-plan layout with the dining area on one side. The refined, polished wood dining table surrounded by antique chairs is an excellent spot to enjoy delicious meals prepared in the modern kitchen. It has everything you need to create elaborate feasts including built-in appliances, and a coffee machine. If you walk out the doors here, you will find an outdoor dining table as well.
For your complete safety and comfort, Villa Font Xica Petit is fully disinfected and cleaned between guests. You can find open-air parking on the grounds and the staff will gladly help you with any requests.
You can find plenty of points of interest close to the villa like beaches, shops, and charming cafes. You can head to the Pollensa Beach to spend the day on the sandy shores and swimming in the azure waters.
10/10This venue is amazing and the description and pictures are perfect. The house itself is spacious and every room has an adequate en suite. The decor is really tasteful and beds are comfy. Each area also air conditioning. There are 3 double bedrooms upstairs with two of them having French doors opening up to a huge balcony, with amazing views. Downstairs is another double bedroom with en suite as well as lounge, dining area and kitchen. The outdoor area is huge, with a lovely outdoor dining area, ping pong table, larger wrap around grass area and more than adequate pool, which was a great temperature, even for little children. There is also a nice covered snug area with comfy rattan furniture. We would definitely recommend hiring a car, but with a car the location is perfect. 10 minutes to port de pollensa, even less to old town pollensa. 15 mins to Formentor and 8 mins to a beautiful little cove called Cala Sant Vincenc. The airport is 45 mins, but a simple journey. We would also recommend Record Go car rental, with the additional cover. Communication was great and the cleaners and pool guy were very friendly too. Thank you for an amazing stay, a great villa we would recommend to our closest friends and family and hopefully be back ourselves.
