This lovely villa boasts six large, air-conditioned bedrooms. Following the local energy saving initiatives, the air-conditioning units are time to run mid day and throughout the night. The bedrooms are spread over two floors with three on the lower floor and three on the upper.
The lower-floor rooms consist of a double room and two twin bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe, and large windows offering beautiful panoramic views. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, top of the range toiletries, and vanities. The other twin bedrooms are fitted with comfortable twin beds, big windows, and ample wardrobe space for your belongings. There’s a shared bathroom between these rooms with a shower, high quality toiletries and vanities.
On the side of the house, you can find a staircase with access to the bedrooms and an open terrace. The separate entrance provides privacy which is great if you’re traveling with two families. Here you can find two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and the other shares a bathroom with a twin bedroom located on the same floor.

The magnificent outdoor area offers sweeping views of the surroundings. You can cook fantastic meals in the brick-built barbecue pit and dine al fresco style in the outdoor dining facilities. There’s an enclosed, perfectly pruned garden, a large 72m2 pool with Roman steps, an outside shower, and comfortable sun beds.
There is plenty of space to enjoy inside Villa Malabar Pollensa with comfortable sofas to lounge on and watch satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen lets you cook up a storm and includes appliances like a microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher. There’s a small table here for quick bites to eat. Through a door you can find a cozy dining area with a dining table for six. A big wooden door leads out to the covered terrace where you can find garden furniture. A second kitchen is found on the upper floor with an oven, hob, and a microwave as well as a dining area.
Even though the villa is self-contained, the dedicated staff is always available to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. They will be happy to assist you with requests you may have during your stay, which may be charged separately.
You can visit the Pollensa town centre, which is located approximately 2.1km from your villa. Here you can shop, eat, and take in the history and culture of the area. For a day on the sand, sun and sea, Puerto Pollensa Beach and Cala San Vincente can be found just 2.6km from the villa. In addition, the Pollensa Golf Course can be found just a few minutes away.
9.8/10The outdoor area and the pool were great. Perfect for a large group/family. Kitchen facilities were quite basic. We didn’t hire car and it was quite a walk to the town/beach however there’s a bus stop at the end of the road and it was very simple to get to where we wanted to be.
10/10It was a very nice stay and everything was according to the description. The swimming pool was huge and awesome in those hot days at Mallorca. Combined with the value, we can say that this villa is a real recommendation.
