There are 5 bedrooms with air-conditioner on a timer throughout the night and during the hottest part of the day. Four of them have twin beds and one features a double bed. Two rooms have ensuite bathrooms and the others share a bathroom with a bath/shower combination. One of the bathrooms is located on the ground floor and the second on the first floor.

The gorgeous outdoor areas feature a curvy swimming pool surrounded by a stone terrace sprinkled with sun loungers. You can nap under the white parasol, providing a cool shade. The outdoor patio is great for dinner parties and you can serve al fresco meals on the dining table for four. Fire up the brick BBQ for tasty grilled meals. Another seating area is found on another side of the house where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast.
Throughout the living area are stunning marble floors, pastel yellow walls, and wooden furniture, as well as comfortable sofas to lounge on. You can snuggle up in front of the fireplace with your favorite piece of literature or watch a movie on the big flat-screen TV. Check out the ultra-modern kitchen where you can cook up a storm. It’s equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and double sink.
After a warm greeting at the villa, you will enjoy complete privacy. There is free WIFI and AC on a timer. The housekeeper will change linens and towels once a week.
The lovely Villa Can Fiol is situated in the Llenaire area of Puerto Pollensa. Only 400 meters away, you can find the beach and there are numerous restaurants to explore. Check out the Puerto Pollensa promenade and the sophisticated marina. The Palma de Mallorca Airport is situated only around 63km from the property.

Kitchen looked new and well equipped . Lots of space inside and outside for dining Had everything you needed for a family holiday . Would stay here again
9.6/10Villa is in an excellent location, right next to bus stop & minutes from the beach. Beautiful large family lounge, plus smaller lounge. Well equipped kitchen. Pool area very well maintained with comfy loungers. The resort is perfect for families & older couples. Lots of lovely restaurants with very friendly staff. We had a wonderful holiday & look forward to visiting again. Highly recommend Can Fiol & Puerto Pollensa
