From here you can glance over the sprawling lawn and the 5x3 metre swimming pool. At the height of the afternoon, you know that there’s nothing more restorative than a cool dip, so you’ll be delighted to hear that your pool has wide steps and a shallow end so even the youngest members of the family can enjoy the water. When evening draws near, call everyone around the al fresco dining table to tuck into a gilled feast cooked on the barbecue.

The main room is an open-plan living and dining room and kitchen, which is designed with cosy hardwoods and features rustic ceiling beams. The fully-equipped kitchen is half tucked away behind a half-wall, and offers everything that you’ll need to be self-sufficient, including a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and utensils You can enjoy the culinary concoctions that you prepare in the kitchen at the large dining table, which is lit by a vintage-style chandelier.

The town also hosts a popular weekly market, which draws locals from across the island to buy fresh produce and artisan goods. If you’d like to take a beach day, the golden coastlines of the Bay of Alcudia are just 25 minute's drive away. Here you’ll find beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters as well as a plethora of bars and restaurants and ocean activities.
9.8/10This year we were looking for something completely different from the other all-inclusive holidays. No getting up early in the morning to get sunbeds. This house appealed to us directly. The fact that there is a route to the house in the navigation system still makes us smile. The house was very well kept and clean. The handover went smoothly. Everything you need for a holiday in solitude was there. Luis the donkey immediately won the hearts of our children and got his daily strokes. When we ran out of water one day, they immediately took care of a new pump for the well. The service was super. Thank you again at this point. We didn't mind driving to the beach. On the contrary, you live so centrally on the island that you can easily reach all the excursion destinations without having to drive long. We had a very nice holiday in the finca and already miss the good weather.

9.8/10It was a lovely stay. The house is in super condition and it was cleaned very well. The owners are super nice and helpful. The communication with the agency was less nice and once not very helpful. On the whole, I would have liked to have sunshades for the terrace and more fans. But the kitchen was well equipped and there were enough towels.
10/10Beautiful little Finca in the middle of no where, but only a 10 minute drive to Sineu. We really enjoyed our stay. The Finca is beautiful from the outside, but really modern and tasteful inside with all the facilities and equipment to make your stay as easy as possible. There’s also the owners friendly Donkey Luis to keep you company in the adjacent field, which the kids loved. The only downside is the lack of air con and the 500 metre bumpy road to get to the villa itself. People have mentioned the flight path noise, but we did not find this an issue. Would stay again.
10/10We had an amazing time in Sineu! The finca was perfectly clean and well equipped. The environment is awesome and so peaceful. This is the place to be!
9.6/10The house was in line with expectations and with photos and descriptions provided. It had all the required basic equipments and was extremely clean. The owner was discreet and we only noticed him once. The only negative aspect were the airplanes which all seem to have the route for Palma airport over the house and made quite some noice. I recommend this place!
