Villa Can Paroya has 4 bedrooms—one is located on the ground floor and the three others are on the first floor. The incredible master bedroom opens up to a rooftop terrace with magnificent views. It also has an ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are simply designed with wooden furniture that provide a welcoming, Spanish ambiance. You can also find three other bathrooms spread out on the two floors. They’re large and have bathtubs and/or showers and other amenities.

The beauty of the property has to be experienced. Cypress trees and Mediterranean shrubs are abundant across the space with a dazzling landscape as a backdrop. The gorgeous private pool is the perfect place to cool down and you can stretch out on comfortable sunbeds between dips. The charming Mallorca stone exterior paired with the gorgeous nature provides a perfect spot for al fresco living. You can create a feast on the BBQ to be enjoyed outside in the sunset.

This traditional Mallorcan villa exudes a rustic charm with wooden beams in the ceilings and terracotta tiles. In the main lounge and dining area, you can relax on the comfortable sofas while enjoying a great movie on the flatscreen TV. Or you can choose a good read from the villa’s literature collection. There’s a private study if you want some space to work.

You can whip up delicious dishes in the fully equipped, modern kitchen. The beauty of it is that it has retained its rustic charm while integrating all modern amenities. You can dine inside on the beautiful indoor dining table for six, or head outside to enjoy your meal. The combination of wood and whitewash is typical Mallorcan. Paired with warm lighting and you have a cozy and welcoming ambiance.
