Villa Ultra Deluxe contains 4 ultra-modern bedrooms embellished with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open out to the terraces. Because of its vast space available for the builders to play around, guests will thus find 3 of the bedrooms located on the ground floor and the final one upstairs. Elegant and contemporary with clean lines and where bountiful lighting is afforded in through the glass, 3 of the rooms are fitted with twin bedding while the last one has a double bed. Guests will also find 2 bedrooms downstairs being equipped with their own bathrooms with walk-in showers, while the room upstairs has its super sleek ensuite bathroom.

The marvellous outdoors carry the sophistication of a high-end villa property starting with the unique pizza slice-shaped swimming pool that is designed with an infinity edge to boot and a built-in jacuzzi that offers some of the best views around. With lush greenery and plantations as the surroundings that are enhanced by the presence of pine trees, olive groves and cypress trees, guests can relax and rejuvenate on the sunbeds under the parasols with a cocktail or a book in hand. The terrace or verandah is the perfect alfresco dining spot and also affords for more casual and relaxed lounging by the couch sofas and outdoor furniture on another side of this platform. There is also an outdoor BBQ pit where guests can have their outdoor fun with barbequing.

At Villa Ultra Deluxe, the main spaces are all located on the 1st floor namely the living room, the kitchen and dining area together with the master bedroom. Modern and contemporary are adjectives best used to describe this living room that is fitted with an entire wall of glass doors that slide open to reveal the poolside and terrace outdoors. Chill in the air-conditioning with plush sofas, a coffee table, entertainment amenities like the plasma TV and surround sound against the breeze of the outdoors that caress and lull. This open-plan layout also caters to the dining hall and fully-equipped kitchen; the former is underscored by a classic and wooden affair with modern white chairs, while the latter comes with a kitchen island and state-of-the-art appliances including an industrial-sized refrigerator, built–in microwave/oven and coffee machine. There is also a dedicated table tennis room for guests to enjoy a game or two, and even an indoor gym with the full-fledged equipment for guests to have their workouts!

As a family-friendly and fully-equipped villa, guests have at their disposal various facilities including open air parking, washing machine for laundry needs, as well as cot and high chairs for the little ones.
