Villa Sa Tanca

All the 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor. One is situated in a wing that can be considered a separate and private area as it has its own garden and entrance from the courtyard. In the master bedroom you’ll find a king-sized four-poster bed. One bedroom has a double bed and the remaining two are fitted with twin beds. The master bedroom offers majestic views of Deia and the sea. It also has a jacuzzi bathtub. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. One is in a tower with glass walls.

You won’t lack space to lounge and relax in Villa Sa Tanca. If you want to lay by the pool, you can do so in a loggia that has a breakfast area. Or how about the wisteria-covered pergola with an outdoor lounge? Sprinkled around the private swimming pool are sunbeds. The extraordinary gardens have olive, palm, and citrus trees. The air is perfumed with the scent of flowers and colorful bougainvillea decorates the scenery. The small terraces around the villa have day beds to relax on.

Once you head inside, you’ll be mesmerized by the Mallorcan interiors, with terracotta floors, wooden beams, and oak furniture. The bright lounge has an open fireplace with plush pastel sofas with bright cushions to relax on. Moving to the main sitting area, the décor is more formal and elegant with modern amenities like a flatscreen TV. The space opens to the peaceful terraces.

In the lounge area you can find a polished oak dining table that can accommodate eight guests comfortably. You can impress your guests with a glorious feast cooking in the fully equipped modern kitchen. It has enough space for the whole family to help with the meals. There are ample counters, an island, cabinets with everything you need and modern appliances.

The villa offers many services and amenities for your convenience. There is a garage that can fit up to three cars. If you need some space, there is a separate study with broadband internet. Cleaning and maintenance for the garden and pool is performed by staff. Housekeeping is provided once a week, but you can request extra cleaning if you would need it.
