Villa Mocha

Villa Mocha features three beautiful bedrooms, all of which are designed in an elegant, vintage style, reminiscent of a traditional country home. All of the bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning and feature high-quality mattresses and linens, so you’ve got everything that you need for a peaceful night’s sleep. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, armchairs and beautiful wall decorations. The other two rooms are both twin bedrooms with two single beds with elegant wooden headboards. The bedrooms share a family bathroom with a marble sink and large bathtub.

The well-kept garden at Villa Mocha is the heart and soul of the house. Sprawling over lawns, patios and a pool deck, the villa is sunny, private and comfortable. Take advantage of the morning sunshine from the comfort of a sun lounger, before taking a dip in the gorgeous 9.x4.5 metre swimming pool when the day begins to heat up. Spend the afternoon relaxing in the outdoor living room under the shade of the veranda, or unleashing your competitive side with a game of ping-pong. Finally, as the day draws to an end, fire up the barbecue for a perfectly cooked convivial feast which you can share around one of the several al fresco dining tables.

The interiors at Villa Mocha are bright, breezy and welcoming, incorporating both traditional and modern design features for an overall timeless style. The main room is a semi-open-plan living and dining room. The living area is beautifully designed with plush sofas, dark wood furnishings and a vintage fireplace and wall art. There’s also a TV with a DVD player, so you can watch a movie under the cool air-conditioning to escape the heat of the afternoon. The large dining area is separated from the living room by an elegant archway, and features an attractive dining table, as well as a small sofa and armchairs. The fully-equipped kitchen is found in an adjacent room. The kitchen features everything that you need to create wonderful culinary feasts, including a stove, fridge/freezer, oven and large stone grill.

While you stay at Villa Mocha, all of the basic conveniences such as WiFi, parking and air-conditioning are covered. You’ll also be looked after by a security team and housekeeper who will take care of final cleaning.
