Villa Diniz II

The house is built over a single level, perfect for children and aged guests, who might have mobility issues. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms for 6 guests. Two bedrooms have king beds, while the third has twins, where young children can stay, making this a good villa for a family holiday. There is a side table between the twins that can be shifted to join the beds if you want. All three bedrooms provide simple homely comfort. Each bedroom has a large window that gives views of the outside nature and garden.

There are two modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub and a shower, and the second with a shower. Hair dryers, towels, and basic toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Villa Diniz II stands at the center of a 1,672 square meter plot, with its outdoor area occupying most of the area. A key attraction is the 6m x 3m private swimming pool. It has Roman Steps that will gently take you into the water. Young children can splash around and have fun in its shallow end, while adults can venture into the deeper sections.

There is a wide sun terrace on both ends of the pool. Both these terraces have outdoor lounging and dining areas. Enjoy the beautiful views of the lake while having your breakfast or alfresco lunch. The terrace also has a shaded area where you can have food away from the sun. You can also have a glass of wine here if you want while reading a book.

The open-plan interior is planned and designed for comfort. The living/dining space is where the family likes to gather in the evening. You can watch television, read a book, and enjoy precious family time. Plan what to see and do in Mallorca. There is even a work desk and a library, where you will find many books. The living area has a comfortable sofa. The dining area has a modern glass-top table with six chairs.

The kitchen has all the essentials for your cooking needs. You will find 4 cooking rings, a microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. The washing machine is in a separate utility area. You will also find cups, plates, and utensils in this luxury home.

Villa Diniz II is a self-service rental home but it already has everything most guests will need on their holiday. The rooms are all air-conditioned. There is a television, DVD player, iron, and a strong Wi-Fi connection. You can ask for a baby high chair and a cot/crib. Towels and linen will be changed every 7 days. The cost of the final cleaning is included with your stay. You can ask for extra cleaning for a charge.
