There are two cozy bedrooms in the stunning Villa Catalina Petit with air-conditioning and built-in wardrobes with ample space for your belongings. The two rooms share a bathroom between them which is fitted with a bathtub, toilet, sink, and basic amenities. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second room has twin beds, making the space ideal for families with kids.

You’ll be delighted by the impressive, panoramic views of the Mallorcan countryside that you can enjoy from the large swimming pool. Between dips you can relax on the lounge chairs with your favorite piece of literature. Or lounge in the gazebo with leafy vines and an outdoor dining table. Here you can light up the barbecue and whip up fancy feasts for an al fresco dining experience. Parasols are available if you would like some extra shade.

The warm and welcoming interiors will make you feel right at home and you can wash your clothes using the laundry facilities. Prepare homemade meals in the kitchen that is equipped with everything you need including utensils, crockery sets, microwave, fridge with freezer, electric oven, gas hobs and more. It also features an American bar to share an elaborate breakfast with your loved ones. An extra smaller dining table can be found here to enjoy a lovely meal.

The charming living room is a wonderful place to relax and watch television on the flat-screen TV. IT comes with satellite connection and a DVD player so you have plenty of options for movies and series.

The family friendly villa is equipped with a cot and a highchair. An extra highchair and cot is available at an extra fee. Free WIFI is found throughout the property.
