There are three air-conditioned and heated bedrooms on the property with soft linens, natural stone flooring, wooden furniture, and cozy decor. One of the bedrooms features a double bed and the remaining ones are twin rooms. The air-conditioning is on a timer from 2-4 pm and 8 pm to 8 am. The rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, towels, and hairdryer.

Check-in at Villa Colonya den Jaume is from 5 pm to 3 am and check-out time is at 10 am. The property is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected upon arrival, and a mid-stay and final cleaning is included.
