Each of the six bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms in addition to a guest bathroom. There is the option of separating two of the bedrooms to create a self-catering loft with its own fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, you'll find the master bedroom featuring a four-poster queen-sized bed with fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. Two extra beds can be provided. Three of the other bedrooms are also situated on the ground floor. Two doubles that have ensuite bathrooms with showers and one twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This room has access to the garden and pool areas and is designed for wheelchair access. The first floor has a spacious open plan self-contained apartment that has two separate bedrooms. They both have ensuite bathrooms with showers. You'll be charmed by the 'tafona' which is the original olive press room. Here you can access the 7th bedroom that has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. It also has a lovely balcony gallery with views of the tafone and the large sliding doors looking out to the pool area.

This peaceful haven is abundant with ripe fruit trees and Spanish flowers. On the horizon you can admire the Mediterranean Sea and the small port town of Soller. You'll be tempted by the inviting swimming pool that is surrounded by a comfortable seating area with loungers, a sofa, and a coffee table. The space is perfect for al fresco dining and has a BBQ.

Los interiores de Villa Ca S'Hereu son sencillos y elegantes. El salón de piedra de la entrada es exquisito e incluye una capilla para bodas. En la planta baja también encontrará una prensa de aceite restaurada y varias zonas de estar para relajarse. Algunas cuentan con chimeneas y fogones para dar una sensación acogedora. En el salón principal, encontrará comodidades modernas como un televisor y un sistema de sonido. Podrá cocinar para toda la familia en la cocina totalmente equipada que cuenta con una zona de estar de estilo mallorquín y un comedor independiente con espléndidas vistas a los jardines. Para su entretenimiento, la sala de estar cuenta con una televisión de pantalla plana y satélite y una chimenea. Está junto a una biblioteca/estudio con WIFI que es un excelente lugar para trabajar. Subiendo a la segunda planta se encuentra el apartamento independiente. El espacio de planta abierta contiene una cocina totalmente equipada con una zona de comedor y sala de estar y una chimenea, televisión y reproductor de DVD. A través de unas grandes puertas correderas se accede a una terraza cubierta con un elegante mobiliario. Aquí también hay unas cómodas escaleras que le llevan a la parte trasera de la casa y a la terraza de la piscina.

Para su seguridad y comodidad, siempre se realiza una limpieza final con desinfección completa entre los huéspedes. La propiedad proporciona un limpiador durante seis días a la semana durante cuatro horas, un jardinero y un hombre de mantenimiento.
