10/10Lovely villa, stunning back garden area. And very close to strip of shops and some restaurants. Would recommend a hire car if you want to go to a more traditional Spanish area as this was very touristy.
10/10The accommodation was an absolute dream - perfect view, clean and very good location for the sea...We did not miss anything. The communication was easy - a fantastic holiday :) Due to the proximity to the "lake" a good mosquito spray is an advantage ;)
10/10This villa is amazing. It's very modern and absolutely spotless. There's plenty of room in the main kitchen/living area and the pool area/terrace is stunning as it has views over the S'Albufera nature reserve - you can watch the fish jumping out the water and loads of birds flying about. The sun sets at night over the mountains. The bedrooms are a good size and all with great air condition which was much needed when we stayed as it was in the low 30s the whole time so very hot. The villa has plenty of loungers and a fantastic pool. There's also a table tennis table if you have the energy to play a game. There's a nice outdoor dining table with loads of space and curtains you can pull back to keep you in the shade during the day. There's also a BBQ area though you have to buy your own coals - there's a shop just down the road that sells them. Location is excellent too as you're only a 5 minute walk to the beach, local supermarkets and plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. Check in is a breeze as it's a coded gate entry and lockbox to collect the key. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again - highly recommended.

10/10Fantastic house. Very comfortable. Spacious. Well equipped. Beds are super good. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. Really perfect for a big family/group. The outside space is great for lunch or just chilling. The pool is just the right size. And the view is beautiful on the marshes with awesome sunsets. We will come back !!
10/10Beautiful villa in a lovely location, perfect for a family holiday. Short walk to the beach, lots of shops around and short drive to a Lidl. We could not fault this villa it had spectacular views and was fully equipped with anything you would need on your stay. It was immaculately clean on arrival and a generous amount of towels were left for the week. If you are looking to book this villa then I certainly would recommend it.
