Er zijn 5 mooie slaapkamers, verdeeld over 2 verdiepingen, die plaats bieden aan 10 gasten. Op de begane grond vindt u een tweepersoonsslaapkamer met een ensuite badkamer met douche, samen met twee slaapkamers met twee aparte bedden. Deze delen een badkamer en een doucheruimte. Op de bovenste verdieping is er nog een slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden die een aparte badkamer en wc delen. Deze kamers hebben een mooie zithoek, een eigen balkon en een terras met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen.

Neem een duik in het grote privé zwembad en ontspan in de uitgestrekte buitenruimtes. Steek de gemetselde BBQ aan en bereid heerlijke gegrilde maaltijden om al fresco van te genieten op het gedeeltelijk overdekte terras terwijl u geniet van een prachtige zonsondergang.
Het traditionele interieur is voorzien van tal van moderne voorzieningen in een open indeling. De woonkamer is voorzien van een sierhaard, een flatscreen-tv en een eettafel. Openslaande deuren en ramen laten een overvloed aan natuurlijk licht binnen en bieden toegang tot het zwembadterras en de tuin. In de volledig uitgeruste keuken kunt u culinaire meesterwerken creëren met voorzieningen als een volledige oven, kookplaat, koelkast, vriezer, magnetron, vaatwasser, broodrooster, en waterkoker.
De villa wordt voor uw aankomst volledig gedesinfecteerd en halverwege het verblijf schoongemaakt en internet is gratis. Airconditioning is beschikbaar van 2 tot 4 uur 's middags en van 8 tot 8 uur 's morgens. Een reisbedje en kinderstoel is op verzoek beschikbaar voor de kleintjes. Het linnengoed wordt om de 7 dagen verschoond, was- en strijkservice zijn beschikbaar afhankelijk van het seizoen, evenals een elektrische auto, tegen extra betaling.
De charmante villa is ideaal gelegen tussen Pollensa en Puerto Pollensa. Op slechts 3 km afstand vind je de winkels van Eroski Puerto Pollensa waar je verse producten kunt inslaan. Het strand van Puerto Pollensa en het stadscentrum van Pollensa liggen in een straal van 5,5 km.
9.2/10What a fabulous stay at the Villa. A more traditional Spanish villa, a great place for a cycling trip or a big family getaway. The villa was clean and tidy. As per previous reviews, there are minimal ‘basics’, with supermarkets so close it isn’t an issue but just be aware you will need things like salt, cooking oil, toilet roll, etc. The pool was beautiful, big, and clean with plenty of sun beds. The owner even came and lent us a couple of lilos, very friendly!

10/10We enjoyed the gardens and pool, the outdoor terrace, and the seating. The pool table was an added bonus. A short drive/cycle or leisurely walk to town (45 mins on the flat).
10/10Very nice place that exceeded all expectations. The outdoor area was very well maintained and the villa was in good condition and clean. Only the equipment in the kitchen could be optimized a bit (number of plates, glasses, and cutlery was a little too little with a large guest group) and the Wi-Fi partly did not work. Otherwise, an all-around nice stay! The team was very friendly and always answered all questions in a timely and detailed manner! Check-in/out went smoothly! We will be happy to come back!
9.8/10We stayed for six days with five people. Our stay was great. Check in was easy and the villa is about 15 minutes from the sea. Lidl and other supermarkets can be reached in about 3 km. The garden and pool area are a dream. Perfect for relaxing and having fun. In the garden there are many opportunities to sit to play cards, for example, the grill is also mega. Billiards, table tennis and much more are available for pastimes. In the villa, five bedrooms with 4 bathrooms are large enough. The stay was great and I can 100% recommend the villa.
10/10we went to 10 adults, the house is very large, with 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 others smaller. The garden is beautiful with an ideal dining area,near the barbecue under a courtyard pool is in the sun all day long, with the 10 deckchairs. Ideal quiet location 5 minutes (by car) from a supermarket and the port of Pollensa. I highly recommend it with friends!

9.6/10Fully recommended accommodation. Very spacious house. Excellently maintained pool and gardens, although inside the cleanliness left much to be desired. We had 2 cars but there were a few more cars, there was also a kind of penthouse upstairs where the sunset looked great.
9.6/10We stayed at villa Guinot for 9 days. The place is amazing, gorgeous garden, big swimming pool with 10 sunbeds around, great covered terrace with pool table, there is also a ping pong table and a barbeque. Gorgeous views of the mountains from the garden. The house is big and old-style, it has 5 bedrooms, some with twin beds and others with double beds. The 2 bedrooms on the top floor are very big. There are 4 bathrooms and 1 ensuite. There are supermarkets within 5mins by car. When we were there the weather wasn't great, it was a bit chilly so we asked if we could use the central heating in the house. They contacted the owner and that same evening the heating was working. The owner was nice, respectful, and efficient, and he lives close by. All in all, it was a great experience and a beautiful place. Too bad that it wasn't warm enough to go in the swimming pool (which by the way was very well taken care of). I totally recommend this place!
9.6/10The villa was amazing! There was 9 of us here and it was completely as we wanted! There was plenty of things for us to do around the villa and the pool was the selling point. The finer details such as the cleaning products and brand new ping pong balls etc were welcomed
