We had a great vacation with two families. The location is very family friendly especially taking into consideration the fenced pool which provided safety for out two kids. We enjoyed the silence in the direct area. The beach and city centers of Alcudia and Pollenca are nearby reachable within 15 minutes, but definitely recommend a rental car for the whole stay

The villa is very beautiful and we felt very comfortable. We have 2 small children and appreciated that the pool was gated and there were toys, a cot and a high chair for the children. Even crockery was available for the little ones. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The terrace and the wide view of the mountains are a dream. We liked the layout of the villa and that you had such large windows that you could slide open. We always looked forward to "our" villa after our excursions. Clear recommendation! All in all could be repainted in one or the other place, the door handles in the bathroom were loose, the bathroom window was stuck. The driveway wasn't well maintained either, the rusty gate couldn't be locked... Just minor things that didn't bother us.

Great location, nice view in the evening, great pool and especially when you are their with kids you will love the fence around it :-). You can reach Alcudia very easy and also the nice Platja de Muro. We were there with 4 parents and 3 kids from 0-2 years old and it was really nice. The finca needs here and there an upgrade especially in terms of furniture but from a pragmatic standpoint in terms of what is really necessary like how many rooms, the whole location, pool, terrace for nice evenings everything is really good.
