Every room has bathroom. The ubication. The house in general, beautiful. Outdoor patio in summer. But we understand that it is a bad solution. Small pool, but sufficient.

This townhouse is in a perfect location for a stay in Pollensa old town. Interior is clean and modern, plenty of indoor space. As with most townhouses the pool is tiny, not suitable if you have children who want to run around outside or if you want to swim. It would benefit from a BBQ

The location is perfect in the centre of Pollenca. The interior design of the priority was beautiful. Super comfortable. Access to the property is difficult by car -but can't be helped in unique historic properties.

The villa was immaculate, in a great location only couple of minutes away from the main square & El Calvari steps. The villa has been renovated to a high standard all the bedrooms were great sizes with modern en suites, overall we really enjoyed our stay in Pollensa would definitely stay at the villa.

Location is perfect , close to the main square Villa well kitted out and all rooms en-suite Pool is small and as it was October we didn’t use it but think only of use to cool the kids off in the summer

Large house in the city center, little terrace for 4 people, nice kitchen and living room, also heatable, no view to the outside, beautiful bathrooms but water not very hot. Pool was not clean after a long time without use, was improved with a lot of chlorine. It would have been better to let off the water completely. Pool is also more of a plunge pool for hot days. In the courtyard relatively little sun, certainly pleasant for summer, in spring without great use. Car must be parked relatively far away, you can drive in front of the house to deliver. Responding to the landlord in case of problems is always quick and reliable. We felt very comfortable in principle, larger terrace with more sun/view would have been even nicer.
