9/10This is a wonderful old farmhouse in huge grounds.The outside area is delightful. Nice size pool, choice of shady places to sit, great outside BBQ and fruit trees in abundance. There is a bus stop close by but we had a car which definitely helps to get around. Walk in to Pollença old town is 30 minutes if you don’t want to drive. Great cycle routes from the house. The house is old and with this comes some compromise as it does not have the latest modern facilities. Everything works and it was spotlessly clean, lights are quite dim, showers are average and beds are a little hard. For us,the grounds and the location more than made up for the loss of modern day luxuries. If you want a peaceful location with a lovely pool then this villa is great.

10/10The villa is really nice - amazing old original charme - most amazing nature all around - so many fruits growing right around to pick and snack. :-) It is literally 3 minutes away from pollenca (beautiful town!) and really easy to go get groceries. Loved the outdoor grill.
10/10This is a delightful and charming historic farmhouse which has lots of interesting nooks and crannies. We loved staying here and would love to come back again.
