The house and the property are very nice. The house is lovingly decorated and spacious with everything you could ever need. The kitchen is very well equipped. The property is well maintained and we had a lot of fun by the pool and relaxed nicely. The location is great, quiet and yet within walking distance of the pretty town of Pollenca. We enjoyed it very much and will be happy to come back.

We were very satisfied with our stay. We were lucky enough to spend the Easter festival there. Great weather. Beautiful villa , but you have to know that the house is in the north of the island. There are temperature differences. It is colder in Pollensa than in Palma and that at 5 degrees Celsius it really scared us. But the house was very nice there is even a washing machine and a small welcome gift with cleaning items. What we missed was small things wzb. Salt and pepper, oil. Otherwise, we had a nice vacation. Thank you

A place with a lot of charm!! Ideal for spending a few quiet days with the family. The house offers everything you need to be comfortable: swimming pool,barbecue, lawn area, spacious rooms, well-equipped sinks, large kitchen... Well located for visiting other points of the island with the car or for walking routes. Totally recommended! .

Overall great place & highly recommended. Location: Located on the edges of Pollenca, close enough to other houses / the town to not feel „lonely“ but still very calm and private. Large supermarkets (Lidl + Eroski) are a 5min drive away, so very convenient. Pollenca has a couple of restaurants in walking distance. The Place: Very nice little villa with own pool, large garden and good privacy. The whole area is fenced and there‘s an electric gate to enter / leave. There‘s a nice pool, several sunbeds, two tables + chairs outside and a bbq. All windows are protected with outside shutters for the night / when you are away, only the entrance door misses some in my opinion. Amenities: The house has everything you need on a trip (hair dryer, towels, laundry machine, dishwasher, all kinds of kitchen equipment etc.). Two bathrooms and two bedrooms, together with the large kitchen and living room area round off the great place. We were only 2, but can easily house 4 people. Contact: The whole booking process and communication during check-in / -out was easy and professional. We also met the owners briefly which were really nice & helpful! All in all a great place!

A super great house. The house is located urban without the neighbors walking on your feet. We don't like it that lonely and in the pampa. It's perfect here. The place is a few minutes walk, but the view of the mountains gives you the feeling of being in the middle of nature. The house itself is superbly equipped.
