House is exactly like in the pictures, very well-kept garden and pool and everything is very clean. The location is about 5 minutes walk from beautiful Pollenca and 15 minutes drive from the sea. A great place to relax.

The accommodation is very nicely quiet, but you are still super fast in Polandça, where there are nice restaurants and shopping. You can reach it in about 10 minutes on foot. The pool is nice and large and is also suitable for swimming. The villa is spacious, well equipped and you have everything you need. In the garden are orange, lemon and grapefruit trees:). The check-in went smoothly with the help of a key box. We are more than happy to recommend the villa.

The house is cute! We liked the location a lot because we were looking for just that, being on the outskirts and in the countryside overlooking the mountains. Likewise, you have the village and port of Pollença to nothing and many places to visit nearby as well. All the kitchen utensils are excellent, we were great. They also left a lot of towels and blankets, which is always appreciated. We loved it! We'll be back!
