House as described with well equipped kitchen. Very large terrace with a nice pool, but the temperature is a bit too high at the end of October. We made good use of the grill and table tennis.

We were there with 5 people and enjoyed our stay very much. A beautifully furnished house with a great outdoor area. The pool and the great barbecue were the highlights. The hosts were also super friendly!!! It was almost perfect all around. Only the location and the somewhat hard beds were not so good. Nevertheless, I can recommend the house 100%! There were even fig and lemon trees in the garden. The seating and lounging options are more than perfect.

The size and spaciousness of the farm gave us the feeling of being in good hands. We couldn't see each other for almost 20 months because of Corona, because the children and grandchildren live in England and grandma and grandpa come from Germany. Therefore it was very nice to be together again for 13 days, but everyone could be by himself if he wanted to. The large living area with open, well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 persons each) and 2 bathrooms were ideal for us. Not only the grandchildren had a lot of fun with the beautiful, clean pool, which was used extremely gladly and often, at night it was even lit up for an hour! After the cooling swim, the hot nights were easier to bear.

We found a very nice finca in a quiet location and felt at home right away. The landlords are very nice and always available for questions or problems of any kind. The pool cannot be beaten. Very nice size and the water quality was top. The finca was equipped with everything you need. We slept very well here. A bigger coffee maker would be nice. Unfortunately, there were not enough shelves in the wardrobes of the bedrooms to store clothes. This has already been discussed with the landlord. What bothered us was that various drawers in the whole house were stuffed with stuff that almost no one needed. Especially at Corona times not nice and the space was partly missing. The garden was very nicely laid out. There were even 2 washing machines for the small laundry. We spent 2 very nice weeks at Finca Sa Rota with 2 couples and can therefore definitely recommend the finca. Since the finca is in the countryside, a car is necessary. If you want to explore the island, you need a car anyway. If you love country life and tranquillity, this is the place for you!

The best thing about the finca is the pool. It is enriched with salt and therefore extremely kind to the skin. The landlords were very nice. The coffee machine was broken. A new machine was brought on the same day.

The finca is very secluded and therefore in a quiet location. Nothing is possible here without a car. Super suitable for those who don't want a typical Ballermann holiday on Mallorca. The property is huge and beautiful. Better than on the pictures! There are several fruit trees in the front garden. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back!
