The 3 bedrooms are dressed in blue tones and keep a minimalist and contemporary style. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other two have twin beds. There are side tables for extra storage and 2 large bathrooms with shower areas. Their walls are covered in marvellous, orange mini tiles. There is a double basin in the larger bathroom for your comfort.

The space is set up for al fresco living and you can easily spend your whole days outside. A private swimming pool measuring 4m x 3m can fit all 6 guests comfortably. Sunbeds are available around the pool for those who want to soak up some sun. The beautiful garden lawn is sprinkled with mature trees and greenery, while the walls provide complete privacy. There’s a dining table and chairs, and if you feel like being active, you can play a round of ping pong.
The indoor spaces are set on one floor and have a modern and simple design. Inside the large lounge are lovely floral sofas where you can comfortably perch yourself while watching satellite television or a movie on the DVD player. Large patio doors open up the space to the pool and garden area. You’ll be inspired in the purpose-built kitchen with its blue statement tiled wall. All appliances and amenities you need to prepare a tasty meal are there at your convenience.
The property is fully disinfected and sanitised between stays for your safety during the global pandemic. Complimentary services include free air-conditioning between 2-4 pm and 8 pm to 8 am daily, mid-stay cleanings, bed linen change every 7 days, and internet. The pool and gardens are of exclusive use to the guests even though the upper floor of the villa belongs to a different owner.
Villa Pins is conveniently located in the Cala San Vicente Resort with 3 beautiful sandy bays and crystal-clear waters only a short walk away. You can also visit the Cala Carbo rock beach only 1.6km away. For restaurants and shops, Cala San Vicente town center is close by as well. The shops at Eroski Pollensa are 5km away.
